Our client is seeking a Manager, IT Applications to lead the organization's ERP landscape across multiple manufacturing plants. This role will be responsible for driving ERP strategy, system optimization, project delivery, vendor management, and team leadership, while ensuring business processes are effectively supported by technology.

Job Description

  • Lead the overall ERP strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation, support, and performance of the ERP environment.
  • Drive ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Manage and mentor the ERP team, providing leadership and technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, and adherence to business requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of ERP management experience.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP is highly preferred; candidates from other ERP backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience leading ERP projects, upgrades, implementations, or large-scale enhancements.
  • Prior people management, team leadership, or supervisory experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors and project partners.
  • Understanding of manufacturing business processes would be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities.
