An experienced role that is heavily focused on Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), involving market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer research, business plan validation, and identifying key risks and value drivers to support M&A and investment decisions. It also includes strategic advisory work such as market entry assessments, feasibility studies, and post-deal value creation initiatives for corporate and private equity clients.

Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end commercial due diligence projects across diverse industries, providing investors with independent assessments of market potential and commercial viability.
  • Develop evidence-based investment perspectives through market analysis, customer research, competitive benchmarking, and management interviews.
  • Evaluate commercial risks and growth opportunities to help clients make informed acquisition, investment, and value creation decisions.
  • Present strategic recommendations and key findings to senior stakeholders through high-impact reports and executive-level presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager / Associate Director should have:

  • Extensive experience (minimum 5-7 years) in CDD within the professional services industry or relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A strong educational background in business, management, or a related field.
