We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. You will lead technical teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of security, scalability, and system performance.

Job Description

  • Lead and mentor development teams, including external vendors, to deliver SSO and IAM solutions.
  • Own solution architecture, technical design, development, and implementation.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive technical discussions and provide updates to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security standards, and best practices.
  • Manage resource planning, task allocation, and delivery quality.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical and system documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Software Engineer (Identity Management) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of application development and delivery experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA).
  • Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML 2.0.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as IBM Verify, ForgeRock, CA SSO, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, IBM DB2, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with enterprise application servers such as IBM WebSphere or Oracle WebLogic.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment.
