Job Description

  • Design agentic workflow architectures that meet business and Technology department needs.
  • Define workflow structures, decision paths and system interactions to support reliable delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Set architecture principles for agentic workflows to promote consistency across solutions.
  • Review workflow designs and identify practical improvements for usability and performance.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to align workflow priorities with business requirements.
  • Document architecture designs, workflow logic and key technical decisions for clear implementation.
  • Monitor workflow outcomes and refine designs based on operational needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Agentic Workflow Architect should have:

  • Strong capability in designing agentic workflow architectures.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical workflow designs.
  • Ability to define clear workflow logic, decision paths and system interactions.
