Job Description

  • Create, edit, review, and publish knowledge articles with high accuracy and consistency
  • Develop self-service content and user guides to help users resolve issues independently
  • Collaborate with SMEs, application owners, and stakeholders to gather and validate information
  • Manage and prioritize multiple content requests while meeting deadlines
  • Review existing knowledge content and provide feedback to improve quality and effectiveness
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across global and multicultural teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of knowledge management processes and user experience
  • Experience creating user documentation, SOPs, manuals, quick reference guides (QRGs), or how-to materials

The Successful Applicant

A successful Knowledge Management Analyst should have:

  • Excellent communication, writing skills in English and Mandarin (Simplified/ Traditional)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Service Delivery, Project Management, Contact Centre Operations, or a related field
  • Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Web Content Management, Repository Management
