Job Description

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve revenue goals. (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other relevant platforms).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities to drive sales.
  • Plan and execute product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
  • Analyze account performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Work cross‑functionally with different stakeholders to achieve business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • A strong background in account management, preferably within the Technology industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, experienced managing marketplace accounts from the brand side.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of key e-commerce platform like Shopee/Lazada/TikTok as a platform with a strong understanding of marketplace metrics.
  • A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting tools. (e.g. Excel)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
