Job Description

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve IT-related challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to end-users as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Support Engineer should have:

  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
