Job Description

  • Define and prioritize product features to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital store solutions.
  • Oversee the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of updates and improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, driving improvements where necessary.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital product development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner should have:

  • Proven experience in Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital store platforms and industrial/manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
