Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end communication for IT projects (e.g., systemrollouts, upgrades, migrations)
  • Develop and execute structured communication plans aligned with project and change management timelines
  • Translate technical inputs from IT teams into clear, action-oriented messaging for business users
  • Drive user engagement, adoption, and behavioural change through targeted communications
  • Partner closely with IT project managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders
  • Use corporate communication platforms to deliver consistent messaging across audiences
  • Measure communication effectiveness (e.g., engagement, adoption) and refine strategies accordingly



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in corporate communications with strong exposure to IT or system-related projects
  • Proven ability to support change initiatives and drive user adoption (not just content creation)
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders (e.g., IT, engineers, project teams)
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant messaging
  • Demonstrated experience building communication plans tied to project phases (pre, during, post go-live)
  • Strong time management; able to manage multiple projects independently, including regional scope.
  • Familiarity with corporate communication tools and platforms (e.g., Google Suite or equivalent)
