Our client is a regional IT services company specializing in insurance domain, supporting large-scale enterprise applications across multiple countries.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and workflows to support business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the technology team to ensure clear communication.
  • Support project teams in the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for system improvements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Business Analyst (Insurance) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in any disciplines.
  • at least 3-5 years in delivering IT applications.
  • Prior experience in Insurance industry is a MUST.
  • Preferably Full Stack Application Development experience, relevant to Java (J2EE/JEE), ReactJS, Spring Boot frameworks, Hibernate, JSF, Struts, SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience in managing projects will be an added advantage.
