Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user needs
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Partner with Agile development teams to support product delivery and backlog management
  • Support the design and implementation of cloud-native applications, APIs, and system integrations
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across a highly diverse and international environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Business Analyst (Cloud) should have:

  • Over 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably supporting cloud technology or digital transformation projects
  • Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
  • Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering business value
  • Exposure to Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or modern software delivery practices would be an added advantage
