Lead an enterprise integration strategy across platforms such as SAP, Workday, and Microsoft 365. This role will drive the iPaaS roadmap, design scalable integration solutions, establish the iPaaS CoE, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives.

Job Description

* Define and own the enterprise integration strategy

* Design API-led, event-driven, batch, and streaming integrations

* Lead integrations across SAP, Workday, M365, and other enterprise systems

* Launch and build the Group's iPaaS CoE

* Partner with business teams to identify high-ROI use cases

* Support vendor evaluations, POCs, and RFPs

The Successful Applicant

A successful iPaaS Solution Architect should have:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

* 7+ years in Integration Architecture, Middleware, or API Development

* 3+ years of experience with SAP BTP, Boomi, Workato, or similar iPaaS platforms

* Experience integrating SAP, Workday, M365, and other enterprise applications

* Strong stakeholder management and business-facing consulting skills
