Job Description

  • Manage and review end-to-end invoice processing activities.
  • Resolve complex invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyse AP performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
  • Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support automation and standardisation initiatives across finance operations.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, treasury, and business stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior AP (Korean Speaker) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 5) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Min 1 years of experience in AP/AR or invoice
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools used in the retail industry.
