Job Description

As an International Communication & Social Impact Manager, you will be responsible develop and execute internal communications strategies that align business objectives with employee engagement and organisational culture. Also:

  • Advise senior leaders on leadership communications, town halls, strategic announcements, and change initiatives.
  • Design and manage integrated communications calendars, engagement programs, and content ecosystems across multiple channels.
  • Translate complex business priorities into clear, relevant, and impactful communications that drive understanding and action.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen connection to company purpose, values, and strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement social impact and CSR programs in partnership with NGOs, community organisations, and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate communication effectiveness, employee engagement, and social impact outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders across markets and functions in a highly matrixed environment, driving alignment without direct authority.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you should come with at least 10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate affairs, employee engagement, or related strategic communications roles. Beside, you should also come with:

  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a proven track record of simplifying complex business strategies into engaging, audience-centric narratives.
  • Exposure to CSR, ESG, sustainability, social impact, or purpose-led initiatives, with the ability to connect business objectives to community impact.
  • Highly agile, energetic, and resourceful self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong program management capabilities with experience leading regional communication campaigns, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Deep curiosity about business operations and a natural ability to identify opportunities, shape narratives, and turn ideas into impactful communication programs.
