Job Description

  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage and resolve complex or non-standard employee queries within the People Operations scope.
  • Support region-specific initiatives such as quality management (QM), occupational safety, and SOX compliance activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations and company standards.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management in both German and English.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and training needs.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR data for analysis and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Specialist (German Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
