This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and strengthening specification‑led sales for innovative, engineering‑driven construction solutions.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales, specification, and marketing teams to deliver high performance
  • Drive specification‑led selling, engaging architects, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders at design and planning stages
  • Oversee key account management and major project pipelines from specification to conversion
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and operations to align market needs with product development and pricing strategies
  • Strengthen brand positioning through marketing initiatives, seminars, industry events, and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to management

The Successful Applicant

A successful HOD - Sales & Marketing should have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proven senior leadership experience in sales and marketing within the construction or building materials industry
  • Strong network and credibility with architects, consultants, developers, and major contractors
  • Demonstrated success in driving specification‑based and project sales
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and hands‑on leadership style
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and operate effectively in a growth‑oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
