Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee talent management, including recruitment, training, and retention programmes.
  • Lead and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and government regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic input on organisational development and workforce planning.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Talent Development should have:

  • Degree qualified with extensive experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, or HR leadership.
  • Overall career experience of at least 15 to 25 years in relevant HR pillars.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent, succession, and performance management frameworks end-to-end.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
  • Experience in competency framework design, career pathing, leadership development, and talent assessment.
  • A hands-on leader who balances strategic thinking with operational execution and team development.
