Job Description

Strategic Sales & Market Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Data Center business across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, customer requirements, and industry trends to strengthen market positioning.
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop initiatives to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership teams to support long-term business growth plans.



Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance expectations across the organization.
  • Work closely with technical, operations, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
  • Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.



Customer Relationship & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients, hyperscalers, colocation providers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive major bids, tenders, and proposal development activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive-level engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Data Center, Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, ICT, Telecommunications, or Technology Solutions industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and delivering against commercial targets.
  • Experience leading and developing successful sales teams within a regional environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Data Center ecosystem, including colocation, cloud, connectivity, enterprise infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage senior-level decision-makers.
