Job Description

  • Lead the finance department to ensure effective financial management and control.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Manage accurate and timely quarterly, annual, and group-level financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Oversee corporate finance, treasury, capital structures, investments and etc.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and financial standards.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize cash flow, cost control, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency.
  • Lead audits and ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning within the Industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
