Job Description

You will be looking after a team of 3, and be the right hand for the IT Director for Asia, looking after the business transformation journey. Your job scope will include:

  • Develop and implement strategies for enterprise applications to support business goals.
  • Oversee the integration and optimisation of technology systems across departments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address system requirements.
  • Ensure the effective management of application performance and system reliability.
  • Lead a team to deliver technology solutions within timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend updates to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with the IT and business units to ensure seamless processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

You will need to have:

  • Strong SAP hands on experiences, especially in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Background in FMCG end user environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • The ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
