Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy and growth roadmap.
  • Own and manage the e-commerce P&L, budgeting, and business planning.
  • Drive sales growth across marketplaces, brand websites, and social commerce channels.
  • Identify emerging digital trends and new commercial opportunities.
  • Lead and develop Strategy, Content, and Operations teams through managers.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer experience.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.
  • Manage strategic relationships with marketplaces, agencies, and digital partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in e-commerce or commercial leadership.
  • At least 5 years leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record growing marketplace and DTC businesses.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility.
  • Background in beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries preferred.
  • Commercially driven leader with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
