  • Develop and implement effective demand and supply planning strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between procurement and supply chain functions to meet organisational goals.
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels to maintain balance between cost efficiency and operational needs.
  • Analyse market trends and supplier performance to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain framework.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance and metrics to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Demand & Supply Planning should have:

  • Proven experience in demand planning and supply chain management.

  • Exceptional leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
