  • Oversee terminal claims processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement claims handling policies and procedures.

  • Manage and mentor a team of claims professionals to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex claims efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Unit Head, Terminal Claim should have:
