Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) operations team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee AFC policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with global and local AFC standards.
  • Monitor and report on AFC-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote awareness of AFC regulations and best practices.
  • Oversee the investigation of suspicious transactions and ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of AFC monitoring systems and tools.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on AFC matters and emerging risks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head, AFC Operations should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, law, business, or a related field.
