Job Description

  • Manage and oversee group financial reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risks.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing financial operations within the business services sector.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
