This is a techno-functional role with approximately 70% technical and 30% functional responsibilities, focused on SAP enhancements, development, integrations, and S/4HANA initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and development resources to deliver enterprise-scale SAP solutions.

Job Description

* Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions across enterprise SAP environments

* Design, develop, and support RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)

* Perform SAP ABAP and S/4HANA ABAP programming activities

* Support SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects

* Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for SAP-related incidents and issues

* Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions

* Perform coding, debugging, testing, and performance tuning of ABAP programs

* Support data migration and validation activities

* Collaborate with functional consultants and internal business stakeholders

* Maintain technical documentation, testing evidence, and deployment records

* Drive continuous improvements and SAP best practices across projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Technology Analyst - SAP ABAP Developer should have:

* 2-3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience

* Strong hands-on ABAP programming and coding expertise

* Experience developing and supporting RICEFW objects

* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments

* Experience with SAP enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and Function Modules

* Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills

* Experience supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, or migration projects

* Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity and collaborate with business users

* Good stakeholder management and communication skills (internal stakeholders)

* Experience working within consulting, system integrator, or enterprise SAP environments

* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
