This position supports global supply chain operations through the management of planning-related master data, supply planning processes, allocation governance, and fulfillment execution activities. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, and Business stakeholders to ensure planning data accuracy, operational visibility, process compliance, and smooth supply chain execution.

About Our Client

One of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, supporting global customers across automotive, industrial, electronics, communications, and smart applications markets. As part of its Global Supply Chain Shared Business Services organization, the company is seeking a Global Supply Planning Analyst (Master Data | SAP) to support planning master data governance, supply chain execution, fulfillment coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across international operations.

Job Description

  • Maintain and validate supply planning and master data within SAP systems
  • Support planning, allocation, and fulfillment processes across regional and global operations
  • Investigate master data discrepancies, planning exceptions, and operational issues
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance, and process consistency across supply chain activities
  • Support order portfolio visibility, allocation monitoring, and planning execution processes
  • Coordinate with Supply Planners, Materials Planners, Operations Teams, and Business Stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues
  • Analyze planning and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Participate in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Supply Chain Planning Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of experience within Supply Planning, Materials Planning, Master Data Management, Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, or related functions
  • Experience supporting Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Electronics, Industrial, or Supply Chain environments
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, fulfillment, inventory, allocation, or planning-related processes
  • Hands-on SAP experience supporting planning, master data, or supply chain functions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve process exceptions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
