About Our Client

A global semiconductor manufacturer supporting customers across automotive, industrial, electronics, communications, and smart technologies worldwide.

As part of its Global Supply Chain Shared Business Services organization, the company is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Fulfillment Specialist to support allocation management, order fulfillment, planning coordination, and supply chain execution activities across regional and global operations.

Job Description

  • Execute order fulfillment and allocation activities in accordance with established supply chain processes
  • Support product allocation, prioritization, and fulfillment activities based on supply availability and business requirements
  • Validate order confirmations and investigate allocation-related exceptions
  • Maintain accurate system records and fulfillment visibility across the order portfolio
  • Coordinate closely with planning, supply chain, and operational teams to resolve order-related issues
  • Follow up with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Communicate allocation results, fulfillment status, and exception updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Support root cause investigations, exception management, and corrective action activities
  • Analyze fulfillment data and identify opportunities for process improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Fulfilment Specialist should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years of experience within Supply Chain Operations, Materials Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations, Production Planning.
  • Experience within Manufacturing, Electronics, Semiconductor, Industrial, or High-Tech environments
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes
  • Exposure to allocation management, inventory planning, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • * SAP experience would be advantageous
