This role sits within a regional Supply Chain Excellence function and focuses on driving process improvements, transformation initiatives, service design, and project implementation across multiple markets. Working closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical experts, you will help design scalable supply chain solutions, support business transformation projects.

Job Description

  • Design and optimize supply chain services based on business requirements, operational needs, and strategic initiatives
  • Support regional and cross-functional projects focused on business transformation and service enhancement
  • Conduct impact assessments, process reviews, and cost analysis for new or enhanced services
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and operational performance
  • Support automation, digitalization, and process optimization efforts across supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to support SAP-enabled process improvements
  • Participate in solution testing, implementation activities, and change management initiatives
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Customs, and operational stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of scalable, standardized, and future-ready operating models

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Supply Chain Excellence Specialist should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Process Improvement, Transformation, Operational Excellence, or related functions
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and operational workflows
  • Experience supporting projects, transformation initiatives, or process improvement programs
  • Exposure to SAP environments, preferably SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, OTC, TM, or related modules
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively across regional and cross-functional environments
  • Experience in shared services, multinational organizations, or complex operational environments would be advantageous
