Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency across the APAC region.
  • Analyse and optimise supply chain processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience and sustainability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all supply chain activities.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager should have:

  • A strong background in supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimising supply chain strategies.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and using it to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in supply chain operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to work 1 pm to 10 pm shift.
