Job Description

  • Lead supply chain excellence initiatives across APAC and North America to improve consistent ways of working.
  • Review supply chain processes and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain clear process guidance to support reliable supply chain operations.
  • Work with procurement and supply chain stakeholders to align improvement priorities across regions.
  • Track progress of improvement initiatives and provide clear updates on agreed actions.
  • Use operational insights to help teams address process gaps and improve execution.
  • Coordinate regional activities that support common supply chain standards and practices.
  • Promote the use of effective supply chain methods across the Industrial / Manufacturing business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Supply Chain Excellence - Apac & Na (Manager should have:

  • Experience improving supply chain processes and operating practices.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Ability to manage supply chain improvement initiatives across regional teams.
  • Experience reviewing processes and identifying practical improvements.
  • Ability to track actions, progress and implementation outcomes.
  • Capability to work with stakeholders across APAC and North America.
