The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a new label management system, translating business requirements into system solutions, coordinating with business stakeholders, supporting testing activities, and helping ensure labeling processes remain compliant and effective.

Job Description

  • Support global labeling compliance and product safety activities across business operations
  • Participate in the implementation of a next-generation label management system
  • Translate business requirements into process and system requirements while supporting implementation activities
  • Coordinate closely with business stakeholders, production facilities, and logistics teams
  • Support system testing, validation activities, documentation preparation, and user training
  • Ensure labeling processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
  • Support maintenance and continuous improvement of labeling processes and systems
  • Prepare KPI reports, operational dashboards, and performance analysis
  • Drive or participate in projects focused on process optimization, automation, and digitalization
  • Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and labeling subject matter experts

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Product Safety & Label Compliance Specialist (Senior) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Product Safety, EHS, Regulatory Compliance, Product Stewardship, Label Compliance, or related functions
  • Experience working within chemical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Exposure to labeling processes, product safety documentation, or regulatory compliance activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting system implementations, process improvements, testing, or transformation initiatives would be advantageous
  • SAP exposure would be highly advantageous
