Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational and talent-related challenges and develop effective solutions
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent reviews, workforce planning, and career development programs
  • Support managers in making informed decisions regarding promotions, capability development, and employee growth
  • Lead performance management initiatives and strengthen feedback and coaching practices
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, people development, and team capability building
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives
  • Collaborate with local leadership teams, regional stakeholders, and global HR teams to support business objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager (HRBP/Lead) should have:

  • Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organisation Development, Leadership Development.
  • Strong experience partnering with business leaders and influencing people-related decisions
  • Exposure to succession planning, talent reviews, career development, workforce planning, or performance management initiatives
  • Ability to coach, and guide leaders on talent and organizational matters
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience within multinational organizations, shared services, or regional environments would be advantageous
