DescriptionDigital Strategy & Product OwnershipDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for procurement technology platforms and digital capabilities.Act as Product Owner for procurement systems, translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.Develop business cases, user stories, and functional requirements to support system enhancements and transformation initiatives.Partner with technology teams and external solution providers throughout design, development, testing, and deployment phases.Drive the adoption of digital solutions that improve user experience, compliance, and operational effectiveness.Procurement Process TransformationLead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, automation, and efficiency gains.Collaborate with process excellence teams to create scalable and sustainable procurement solutions.Ensure systems effectively support procurement governance, supplier management, purchasing, contracting, and payment processes.Drive initiatives that enhance working capital management, process efficiency, and overall procurement effectiveness.Portfolio Management & Continuous ImprovementManage the portfolio of procurement technology enhancements, balancing business priorities, value realisation, and risk management.Utilise data, reporting, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive system optimisation.Monitor technology performance, adoption, and compliance metrics to ensure ongoing effectiveness.Evaluate emerging procurement technologies, digital capabilities, and market trends to support future innovation.Support governance processes related to change requests, enhancement prioritisation, and digital investment decisions.Change Management & AdoptionLead change management activities associated with procurement transformation and technology implementation programs.Assess organisational readiness and develop strategies to drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption.Design and implement communication, training, and support plans for new systems and process changes.Monitor user adoption and compliance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and digital capability development.Stakeholder Management & CollaborationBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Business functions.Facilitate collaboration across global and regional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.Lead discussions, workshops, and governance forums to support decision-making and project execution.Engage external vendors and solution partners to deliver technology enhancements and support services.Communicate complex business and technology concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Data, Analytics & InnovationLeverage data and analytics to improve procurement performance, compliance, and decision-making.Promote data governance and data quality across procurement systems and processes.Identify opportunities to utilise automation, AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to streamline procurement activities.Support the development of intelligent workflows and predictive capabilities that enhance business outcomes.Champion responsible and compliant adoption of emerging technologies within procurement operations.The Successful ApplicantEducationBachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional qualifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are advantageous.Postgraduate qualifications in Procurement, Technology, or Digital Transformation are a plus.Experience8-12 years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Digital Procurement, Procurement Transformation, or Procurement Technology.Proven experience leading procurement systems implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or similar procurement and ERP platforms.Experience working within multinational and complex matrix environments.Track record of successfully delivering cross-functional transformation programs.Skills &
