Job Description

  • Oversee customs performance management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and report on customs performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline customs operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise customs procedures and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of customs practices with global and regional standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to the procurement and supply chain team on customs-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for customs audits and inspections.
  • Monitor changes in customs regulations and adapt processes accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Customs Performance Management (Senior Executive) should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customs processes and regulations.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments efficiently.
  • Someone with experience in customs, trade compliance, logistics, supply chain operations, or import/export management, who enjoys working with data, reporting, performance analysis, and process improvement in a global environment.
