This role will handle general outpatient cases as well as working with international clients to conduct medical assessments. About Our Client

The client is a well established multi-services primary care healthcare institution, that aims to deliver high quality primary care services. The clinic is located at the heart of KL, serving local patients and managing international government services.

Job Description

  • Provide high-quality primary care consultations for general outpatient cases.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and health assessments for local and international patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in line with clinical guidelines.
  • Ensure continuity of care through appropriate follow-ups and referrals when necessary.
  • Perform detailed medical evaluations and screenings
  • Prepare thorough, structured, and accurate medical reports, including assessments, risk evaluations, and recommendations.
  • Ensure all documentation meets international and regulatory standards required by foreign government bodies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and when dealing with cases.
  • Produce clear, precise, and comprehensive medical reports within required timelines.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare and legal standards.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of special medical cases.
  • Adhere to clinical governance, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with specific health screening requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Registered with the relevant Medical Council (e.g., MMC or equivalent).
  • Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general practice or primary care.
  • Experience in health screening, medical reporting, or occupational health is highly advantageous.
  • Prior exposure to international patients, embassies, or corporate healthcare is a plus
  • Mandarin/Cantonese speaking would have added advantage
