Job Description

  • Develop innovative, AI-driven software solutions to support business growth and differentiation
  • Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs with a focus on speed-to-market
  • Build, enhance, and maintain AI and GenAI-powered applications
  • Design scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native platforms
  • Integrate modern technologies including serverless and microservices architectures
  • Document technical designs and system architecture
  • Provide production support, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents
  • Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies

The Successful Applicant

A successful GenAI Software Engineer should have:

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and serverless architecture
  • Proficiency in modern tech stacks (e.g., Javascript, Node.js, React, TypeScript)
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts (e.g., RAG, LLMs, speech technologies)
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Experience working in Agile/Lean environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
