Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends and variances.
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing sector is an advantage.
