The organisation operates within the industrial/manufacturing sector and is based in PJ.

Job Description

  • Manage all financial reporting and budgeting processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee cash flow, financial planning, and risk management activities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial legislation.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor internal controls and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
  • Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • Experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
