Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and manage plant financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
  • Identify areas for cost optimisation and implement improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders and teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Analyst, Plant Controller (Vietnamese Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in the energy and natural resources industry preferred.
