Job Description

Treasury Operations & Cash Management:

* Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

* Monitor bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.

* Process payments, wire transfers, and fund disbursements in compliance with company policies.

* Optimize cash management strategies to enhance eAiciency and cost-eAectiveness.Financial Planning & Risk Management:

* Assist in forecasting cash flow and managing working capital requirements.

* Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

* Support foreign exchange (FX) and hedging activities as needed.

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and treasury policies.Banking & Investment Relations:

* Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external partners.

* Assist in negotiating banking terms, fees, and credit facilities.

* Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and financial instruments.Reporting & Compliance:

* Prepare treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses for management.

* Assist in regulatory reporting, audits, and tax-related treasury matters.

* Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure compliance with financial policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Treasury, Senior Officer should have:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.

* People Management experience

* Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management systems.

o Familiarity with banking platforms, payment processing, and financial regulations.

o Knowledge of FX, investment strategies, and risk management principles is a plus.

* Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

o Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
