Job Description

  • Lead transformation initiatives across Accounting & Finance to improve processes, controls and business outcomes.
  • Develop governance frameworks that provide clear ownership, reporting lines and decision-making processes.
  • Review current ways of working and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Coordinate transformation plans, milestones and deliverables to keep activities on track.
  • Prepare clear updates on transformation progress, key actions and governance matters for relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with internal teams to embed agreed governance practices into daily operations.
  • Track the progress of agreed actions and help resolve issues that affect delivery.
  • Maintain documentation for transformation programmes and governance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Transformation & Governance Manager / Senior Manager' should have:

  • Experience leading transformation initiatives within an Accounting & Finance function.
  • Strong knowledge of governance structures, controls and reporting practices.
  • Ability to assess processes and identify clear, practical improvements.
  • Experience planning and tracking projects, milestones and action items.
  • Confidence preparing concise updates for stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate work across teams and maintain clear documentation.

What's on Offer

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Basic salary of MYR 205,200 to MYR 250,800.
