Job Description

  • Lead transformation initiatives within the Accounting & Finance function to improve processes and delivery.
  • Develop governance approaches that provide clear oversight of finance-related activities.
  • Review existing workflows and identify practical opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate transformation plans, milestones, and actions to keep work on track.
  • Prepare clear updates on transformation progress, key actions, and governance matters.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to align transformation priorities and governance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for transformation activities, decisions, and agreed actions.
  • Monitor agreed initiatives and follow up on actions to support timely completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Transformation & Governance Manager / Senior Manager' should have:

  • Experience in transformation, governance, or process improvement work.
  • Practical capability in reviewing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to coordinate plans, milestones, actions, and updates across stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing clear reports and documentation for business activities.
  • Understanding of governance principles and structured ways of working.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within an Accounting & Finance setting.
