The applicant will play a key role in designing, documenting, standardising, and optimising end-to-end Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Internal Control processes. Working closely with regional stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), Shared Services teams, and system integration partners, this role will help drive process harmonisation, ERP adoption, and operational excellence across multiple countries.

Job Description

  • Drive Process Standardisation & Integration by supporting the design and implementation of end-to-end Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Internal Control processes aligned with the future-state operating model and ERP landscape.
  • Develop Process Documentation including process workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user work instructions, ensuring alignment between business processes, system functionality, and operational requirements.
  • Support ERP Transformation Initiatives by working closely with business stakeholders and system integration partners to ensure processes are effectively integrated across ERP and supporting business applications.
  • Manage Process Governance & Documentation Control through the maintenance of a centralised process repository, version control standards, and documentation governance frameworks.
  • Facilitate Change Management & User Adoption by supporting process training, communication materials, gap assessments, and operational readiness activities across regional teams.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement by leveraging process analysis, user feedback, and technology solutions to identify optimisation opportunities and enhance process efficiency, standardisation, and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in ERP transformation, business process design, finance operations, process documentation, or systems implementation.
  • Experience supporting large-scale regional or global transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Shared Services (GBS), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and business process management.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise solutions.
