Job Description

  • Analyse financial software systems eg. SAP, ERP, Oracle to identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software aligns with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for finance-related software applications.
  • Document system processes and create user manuals for financial software tools.
  • Test software updates and new implementations to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Assist in data integration and migration projects within finance systems.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the organisation's software remains competitive.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Software Analyst should have:

  • A degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial software systems and their functionalities.
  • Prior experience with RTR or general ledger function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data integration and migration processes.
  • Knowledge of the insurance or banking and financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
