Job Description

  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance department, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to align with organizational goals.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within financial operations.
  • Support senior management in strategic initiatives and business planning activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an added advantage.
  • Has to have had minimum 4 years in BIG 4 as an auditor. (MUST HAVE)
  • Mandarin proficiency to support Greater China region. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards from MNC or SSC environment. (MUST HAVE)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams in the professional services industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
