  • Lead financial planning activities to provide clear direction for business decisions.
  • Prepare and review financial reports to give stakeholders timely and accurate information.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support effective financial management.
  • Monitor financial performance and highlight key trends for management review.
  • Maintain strong financial controls that support accurate records and sound business practices.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to align financial priorities with business needs.
  • Provide financial insight to support planning and operational decision-making.
  • Guide the accounting and finance team in delivering consistent financial information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • Strong capability in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial reports and performance information.
  • Sound knowledge of financial controls and accounting processes.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide practical business insight.
  • Capability to guide accounting and finance activities with clarity.
  • Experience working with stakeholders on financial priorities and planning.
