Job Description

  • Lead the Accounting & Finance function and set clear priorities for finance activities.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Review financial information to maintain accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts that give the business a clear view of financial performance.
  • Monitor financial results and explain key movements to relevant business stakeholders.
  • Improve finance processes to strengthen reporting quality and support efficient operations.
  • Work with business leaders to align financial plans with operational requirements.
  • Provide finance leadership for the Industrial / Manufacturing business in Kulim

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director - Malaysia should have:

  • Strong capability in leading Accounting & Finance activities.
  • Experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to interpret financial results and present clear findings to business leaders.
  • Sound knowledge of finance processes and financial controls.
  • Ability to improve reporting processes and maintain accurate financial information.
  • Confidence in working with operational teams to support business planning.
