Job Description

  • Act as a strategic business partner, driving sustainable and profitable country‑level growth.
  • Provide proactive financial insights to support short‑ and long‑term business performance and profitability.
  • Conduct advanced financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed decision‑making.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Advise and influence business leaders on strategic initiatives, investments, and major decisions while building strong cross‑functional relationships.
  • Improve financial processes, reporting, and analytics to enhance performance visibility and organizational efficiency.
  • Strengthen compliance, promote collaboration across Finance functions, and support global/regional initiatives and organizational optimization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of business controlling, finance business partnering, financial analysis are needed.
  • Experience in the heavy industrial sector such as engineering, manufacturing and etc are necessary.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
