Job Description

  • Implement and monitor compliance programmes to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Provide guidance on ethical practices and compliance policies.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management review.
  • Support investigations into potential ethical or compliance violations.
  • Deliver training sessions on compliance and ethics to employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance concerns.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the healthcare industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ethics & Compliance Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) should have:

  • Fluent Vietnamese language capability, both written and spoken.
  • Experience gained within a Big Four firm or a reputable audit, risk advisory, compliance, or consulting organization.
  • Background in Compliance, Risk Advisory, Forensics, Investigations, Ethics & Compliance, or Governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience engaging with regional or multinational stakeholders.
  • Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on AML/KYC operations, transaction monitoring, customer onboarding, or documentation-heavy compliance activities will not be prioritised.
  • Malaysian citizen or spouse visa holder preferred.
